Vacancy-data accuracy

Talent Acquisition · AI · Systems
I’m Adam Bogren. My background is Talent Acquisition. My current work combines that expertise with AI, automation, data, and process design to improve decisions, reduce manual work, and make complex work easier to run.
Deliver. Measure. Learn. Improve. Repeat.
Selected outcomes
The common thread: turn scattered recruiting activity into a system leaders and hiring teams can actually use.

Built capacity through change
How I think
Most operating problems break down where priorities, data, process, technology, and decision-making stop lining up.
My Talent Acquisition work taught me to make those connections visible. Adam's AI Lab extends the same discipline into practical experiments: trustworthy inputs, clear ownership, useful automation, human judgment, and decisions people can explain.
Adam's AI Lab
The lab is where I apply AI, automation, and systems thinking to work and everyday life challenges that actually matter. Status labels are deliberate: this is a record of progress, not a showroom of imaginary products.

2026 Review Dashboard · June 2026–present
A working decision system for finding, verifying, evaluating, and learning from job opportunities without handing judgment over to the machine.
Operating rhythm
Decision quality
Aggregate results refreshed after completed review runs. Last updated Aug 28, 2026. Employer and application details remain private.
A conventional application tracker records submissions, but loses the roles researched, rejected, closed, or repeatedly resurfaced.
Separate discovery, official-source verification, evaluation, decision, and learning into an auditable operating rhythm.
The dashboard measures every verified opportunity and preserves the reason behind nearly every decision, not just applications.
Less duplicated review, more consistent decisions, and a feedback loop that makes rejected opportunities useful data.
Extend the same approach to AI-assisted candidate intelligence, thoughtful outreach preparation, and proactive relationship pipelines.
“Automation should increase authenticity, not replace it.”
Human judgment remains responsible for candidate relationships, context, outreach approval, and hiring decisions.
The public front door to my career experience, practical AI experiments, and the lessons connecting them.
An AI-assisted workflow for finding, verifying, evaluating, and learning from job opportunities without handing judgment over to the machine.
An always-on home platform for scheduled workflows, health checks, logging, and future privacy-conscious automations.
Built in the open, shared responsibly. Sensitive job-search, family, home-network, and security details stay private.

Capabilities
I work across the seams where recruiting, finance, operations, HR, systems, and leadership all need to agree on what happens next.
Hiring priorities, recruiter capacity, service expectations, operating rhythms, and practical transformation roadmaps.
Vacancy governance, data quality, source tracking, time-to-fill visibility, offer metrics, and business-facing reporting.
Role intake, calibration, structured interviews, scoring, debriefs, and more defensible candidate evaluation.
Recruiter coaching, hiring-manager expectations, stakeholder accountability, and executive communication.
Passive pipelines, competitor mapping, specialized search, university partnerships, and intentional agency use.
Experience across iCIMS, Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI, ADP / Virtual Edge, and connected TA workflows.
Experience
A career that began in third-party agency recruiting on straight commission, then expanded across corporate, production, technical, frontline, and leadership hiring. My work expanded from individual execution to function building and transformation.
Most recent
Led work across recruiting strategy, vacancy data, process improvement, structured hiring, sourcing, systems, and stakeholder expectations in a complex global business.
Leadership
Helped build TA capability through business transition, acquisition integration, and increased hiring demand.
Partnership
Partnered with business and HR leaders on complex hiring, pipeline development, and recruiting strategy across multiple groups.
Operations
Led recruiting operations, coached recruiters, supported nationwide leadership hiring, and improved processes and systems.
Process should earn its place. The goal is a hiring system the business can trust.
About
I’ve spent my career helping organizations move from reactive recruiting toward a more disciplined way of hiring: reliable data, clear priorities, capable recruiters, accountable hiring managers, and decisions people can explain.
I value direct communication, practical solutions, and process that solves a real problem, not process theater.
Adam's AI Lab is a natural extension of that work: a place to test how AI and automation can support better operating systems while keeping evidence, privacy, and human accountability intact.
